This is where you will find answers to common questions we receive.


Where can I purchase tickets for upcoming performances?

When tickets are available, you will find them here. Tickets go on sale approximately one month prior to opening night. If you have successfully purchased tickets, you will receive a receipt with a link to claim and print your tickets. If you do not receive an email confirmation, you may not have successfully purchased tickets. You are responsible for completing online purchases. We cannot recover tickets for you if your cart was abandoned mid-way through the purchasing process. Please be sure to follow through on purchases and promptly print out your tickets to avoid last-minute disappointments.


What time should we arrive? Are tickets refundable? Can I resell tickets?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time to allow ample time for parking. If there is a varsity game going on at the same time as a show, plan to arrive 45 minutes prior because parking may be tight. Tickets are not refundable. When possible, tickets may be exchanged for another performance during the run of the production. Empty seats in the house will automatically be resold five minutes prior to show time, so please do not arrive late to shows expecting to have an empty seat. Someone from your party needs to be present holding your seat from you, if you are running late.


I did not get an email confirmation of my tickets, what should I do?

When ticket purchases are completed you should have two receipts: one from a payment processor (Paypal) and one from E-ticket Express. If you do not have both of these receipts, then your payment was not processed or went to your SPAM folder. Be sure to follow all the way through with ticket purchases to avoid confusion.
